Dear Guests,
We warmly welcome you to our cozy 1-bedroom apartment on the first floor, featuring a balcony and located just 100 meters from the famous Playa del Cura. Everything you may need during your stay is within easy walking distance, including the bus station, supermarkets, cafés, and a wide selection of restaurants.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a built-in wardrobe. In the living room, a pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping space for two guests. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, kettle, and hot plate.
For guests traveling with a baby, a baby crib can be provided upon prior request. Free parking is available in the surrounding area.
Late check-in (after 8:00 p.m.) is available at an additional cost of 30 EUR which should be paid upon arrival in cash.
In addition to the accommodation fee, a security deposit of 200 EUR, payable in cash, is required to occupy the apartment. This deposit will be refunded on your departure day, provided there are no signs of damage to the accommodation.
