We warmly welcome our dear Guests to our apartment with 2 bedrooms and a large terrace in Punta Prima! Our property is in good condition and fully equipped, located just a few minutes from the beach.
The main bedroom features a double bed while the other bedroom have single beds. Towels and linens are provided in the apartment for our guests’ convenience. For guests arriving with a baby, we can provide a crib upon prior request. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and kettle to ensure complete comfort for our guests. Our apartment, located in an impressive residential complex, has a well-maintained garden and 4 pool guaranteeing a relaxing stay. Late check-in (after 7:00 PM) and early check-out (before 8:00 AM) are available for an additional fee of 30 EUR which should be paid in cash on site. A condition of occupying the apartment, in addition to the accommodation fee, is the payment of a safety deposit in cash, which will be refunded on your departure day if there are no signs of damage to the property. The deposit amount is 200 EUR. See you soon 🙂
