This beautiful third-floor apartment in Punta Prima is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday. The apartment features a spacious living room, two comfortable bedrooms, and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The private balcony offers a lovely view where you can enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a home-cooked meal, while the shared garden and 4 large swimming pool offer a great space for relaxation. Towels and bed linen are also provided for your convenience. The location is excellent, as the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away
For guests arriving with a baby, we can provide a crib upon prior request. Late check-in (after 7:00 PM) and early check-out (before 8:00 AM) are available for an additional fee of 30 EUR which should be paid in cash on site. A condition of occupying the apartment, in addition to the accommodation fee, is the payment of a safety deposit in cash, which will be refunded on your departure day if there are no signs of damage to the property.
