The apartment features one modern, well-equipped bathroom. The cozy living room has direct access to the balcony, allowing plenty of natural light to flow through the space. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances, making it easy for guests to prepare their own meals. Towels and linens are provided in the apartment for our guests’ convenience.
For guests arriving with a baby, we can provide a crib upon prior request.
Late check-in (after 7:00 PM) and early check-out (before 8:00 AM) are available for an additional fee of 30 EUR which should be paid in cash on site. A condition of occupying the apartment, in addition to the accommodation fee, is the payment of a safety deposit in cash, which will be refunded on your departure day if there are no signs of damage to the property. The cleaning fee (80 EUR) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends – small, well-behaved dogs are welcome in our apartment! Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a pet, so we can prepare accordingly. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
