We warmly welcome our dear Guests to our apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace in Punta Prima!
The apartment is located in a beautiful complex right by the beach. The complex offers three swimming pools: a lap pool, an infinity pool, and a children’s pool, as well as a jacuzzi. The apartment is tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. It also features a stunning terrace with breathtaking sea views.
Towels and linens are provided in the apartment for our guests’ convenience.
For guests arriving with a baby, we can provide a crib upon prior request.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and kettle to ensure complete comfort for our guests.
Late check-in (after 7:00 PM) and early check-out (before 8:00 AM) are available for an additional fee of 30 EUR which should be paid in cash on site.
A condition of occupying the apartment, in addition to the accommodation fee, is the payment of a safety deposit in cash, which will be refunded on your departure day if there are no signs of damage to the property. The deposit amount is 200 EUR.
The cleaning fee (90 EUR) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
