We warmly welcome you to our 1-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor, featuring a balcony and located only 50 meters from the famous Los Locos Beach. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. In the living room, there is a pull-out sofa that can comfortably accommodate two guests. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment provides all amenities necessary for a restful stay. The kitchen includes a washing machine, capsule coffee maker, kettle, and oven. For guests arriving with a baby, we can provide a baby crib upon prior request. Parking is fee in the area.
The cleaning fee (70 EUR) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
